Diesel quality requirements
from January 1st, 2022:
Cetane number - not less than 48;
Sulfur content - not more than 10 mg/kg;
Density 15 C - not more than 845 kg/m3;
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons - not more than 11%;
Distillation 95% recovered at max 360° C
Flash point in the closed cup method above 55° C
Water content not more than 200 mg/kg
Gasoline quality requirements
from July 1st, 2021:
Lead content - not more than 0.005 g / l;
Sulfur content - not more than 10 mg/kg;
Reid Vapor Pressure (RVP) - not more than 80 kPa;
Distillation at atmospheric pressure:
- Recovery at 100 ° C by volume fraction - not less than 46%;
- Recovery at 150 ° C by volume fraction - not less than 75%;
Olefins - not more than 18%;
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons - not more than 35%;
Benzene - not more than 1%;
Oxygen content - not more than 3.7%;
Oxygenates:
Methanol - not more than 3%;
Ethanol - not more than 5%;
Isopropyl alcohol - not more than 10%;
Methylpropyl alcohol - not more than 10%;
Tart butyl alcohol - not more than 7%;
Ethers (with 5 or more C atoms in the molecule) - not more than 15%;
Other oxygenates - not more than 10%;
