Diesel quality requirements

from January 1st, 2022:

  • Cetane number - not less than 48;

  • Sulfur content - not more than 10 mg/kg;

  • Density 15 C - not more than 845 kg/m3;

  • Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons - not more than 11%;

  • Distillation 95% recovered at max 360° C

  • Flash point in the closed cup method above 55° C

  • Water content not more than 200 mg/kg



Gasoline quality requirements

from July 1st, 2021:

  • Lead content - not more than 0.005 g / l;

  • Sulfur content - not more than 10 mg/kg;

  • Reid Vapor Pressure (RVP) - not more than 80 kPa;

  • Distillation at atmospheric pressure:

- Recovery at 100 ° C by volume fraction - not less than 46%;

- Recovery at 150 ° C by volume fraction - not less than 75%;

  • Olefins - not more than 18%;

  • Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons - not more than 35%;

  • Benzene - not more than 1%;

  • Oxygen content - not more than 3.7%;

  • Oxygenates:

  • Methanol - not more than 3%;

  • Ethanol - not more than 5%;

  • Isopropyl alcohol - not more than 10%;

  • Methylpropyl alcohol - not more than 10%;

  • Tart butyl alcohol - not more than 7%;

  • Ethers (with 5 or more C atoms in the molecule) - not more than 15%;

  • Other oxygenates - not more than 10%;
